As a Customer advisor, you will embody the company philosophy of relentless service
on the front line. You will personally demonstrate these core values by delivering
high levels of service directly via phone, chat, and e-mail to the customer. You’ll

- Horticultural knowledge - you'll know bare root from rootball, and have good plant
knowledge to share with our customers.
- Office Administration Experience – You should feel comfortable with typical
office admin activities such as creating documents, spreadsheets, filing, writing
and responding to e-mails, etc.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office – You should be well versed in Word,
Excel, and Outlook.
- Developed Phone Skills - You must be able to provide intelligent, friendly service
to our customers, via telephone, e-mail and chat.
- Accurate Data Entry – You should have no problems entering data with a very
high level of accuracy.
- Multi-Tasking - You must be able to perform several jobs effectively at one time,
balancing the tasks in the order of priority.
