How Do I Place My Order?

We are happy to accept orders for delivery to a UK postcode.

Order online! Our website is fast, simple and secure! Online ordering is available 24 hours a day. You don't need to become a member to get great deals with us! But if you're repeat ordering then registering will let us remember your details and save you time. Payment is made via a secure, 3rd party website called 'Sage Pay', who authenticate the card details. We do not store credit card numbers, nor bank account details. If your credit card is part of the 3D Secure scheme and you have a password already setup you can enter that during the payment process. If your card is not part of the 3D Secure scheme, or your do not have a password set you can 'Skip' the 3D Secure screen. Your bank account will then be debited under the transaction 'Choiceshops...'.

What are my Payment Options?

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including: Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

Paypal: We are happy to accept payment using Paypal.

Cheques: We accept cheques for orders over £50 - cheques should be made payable to; 'Choiceshops Ltd.', please print your Shopping Basket and send it with your payment to;

Be sure to add a delivery address including postcode, a telephone number and email address (if you have one) - we, or the courier may need to contact you.

Please Note: We will delay your order until the cheque has cleared, normally 3 working days from the date we receive the cheque. Orders placed by credit card will be processed immediately. Some goods may be VAT exempt, for customers with a long term / permanent medical condition, but these require a VAT exemption form, please check before ordering.

Order Confirmation

After your order has been completed we will send a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. The email will have a subject field called, 'Order Confirmation'. This will contain the details of your order including the order number and should be checked and retained for your records. If you find an error in your order please contact us, quoting your order number, as soon as possible.

If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please contact us to confirm that the transaction has been completed successfully.
