This stunning Italian clipped and shaped small Buxus Microphylla Faulkner (Box) ball, with a 50-55cm diameter looks equally stunning in a pot or in the ground. This shiny green leaved evergreen plant is particularly suitable for topiary as it is slow growing, robust in any light or soil, and requires little attention. This product is supplied in a 33 Litre Pot.
The Buxus ball is ideal for a low maintenance garden, patio or balcony. Box plants will grow 4-6 inches a year and can be trimmed during the growing season (June to the end of August). Clip the plant tightly in summer to retain shape and feed to maintain colour.
Ball shapes can be used as a single structure giving substance and form to your garden. They give the garden an added dimension, providing balance in your herbaceous borders. The evergreen presence will also be an additional benefit in the winter.
