The Maygreen is an evergreen lonicera which is an ideal plant for ground cover on banks and slopes or for creating a neat hedge. Its dense and fast-growing quickly producing a bushy screen-- that can be clipped easily into a tight hedge. It is suitable if you require a low edge-- as it is easy to contain at a height of 1 metre or less if needed. The new growth is supple making it useful for training. Plants will thrive on most soils in sun or shade.
